What to expect during your visit
INITIAL SCREENING – Upon your arrival we will ask you to answer a health questionnaire. You may also opt to complete this at home right before your appointment.
HAND SANITATION – An automatic hand sanitizer dispenser is set up at the entrance for your convenience. Please use it before entering.
REDUCED CONTACT – We ask that you arrive exactly at the time of your appointment and that you come alone. For the time being, only those with an appointment will be allowed into the reception area.
PRODUCT PURCHASES – Product testers are for display only. Please ask for assistance if you would like to see a product.
How we are keeping you safe
White Orchid Rejuvenation Centre will continue to provide the personalized care and professional service that you have come to expect.
- Practitioners have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine.
- Practitioners will be wearing non-medical mask and gloves during your treatment.
- High touch items, like POS machines, and treatment rooms will be sanitized in-between each use.
- Practitioners will continue to practice regular hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
- If any practitioner is feeling under the weather we will ask them to stay at home.
If you feel unwell or have flu-like symptoms please stay home. We would be more than happy to cancel your appointment free of charge. For other cancellations please notify us 24-hours before your appointment. As you can appreciate we have a lot of clients who want to book an appointment at this time and with social distancing measures in place we have reduced capacity to accommodate clients.
Thank you for your patience during this unusual time. These measures are not what you are used to when you come to see us and contrary to our welcoming nature. But please be assured that our commitment to providing you with personalized care and professional service remain the same.
